How to subscribe for Etisalat postpaid service?
There are some basic requirements you need to meet before you can activate Etisalat postpaid service. Some of these basic requirements include:
- 2 passport photographs
- A valid form of identification, e.g. National ID card, Drivers license or international passport
- A recent utility bill not older than 3 months and must have your address
- At least 5,000 NGN minimum credit commitment
With the above list, you can visit any Etisalat experience center to activate any postpaid service you want. Please note that additional services may apply.
Once you have your postpaid plan active on Etisalat, it is now important you know how to pay for the services because failure to pay at the appropriate time may lead to line been suspended, and you wouldn’t want that.
How to get your postpaid bills?
Usually, on the first day of the month, you will receive a text message from Etisalat. This text message usually contains the amount due for billing in the previous month. This is then followed by an email on the 7th day of the month, this mail contains the breakdown of the amount and transaction on your account.
In the event that you have not been receiving your bills, you can send an SMS containing your email address to 37940, so that your record may be updated.

Using recharge card
This may be regarded as the quickest way to pay for your Etisalat postpaid bills. After you have received your amount due, you can make payment using recharge card. To do this, simply dial *222*PIN NUMBER*1#. And your bills are paid.
Visit any Etisalat experience centers
This is also straight forward and you can be sure to always get it right.
Etisalat has a number of bank accounts you can use in making such payments. This accounts can be seen on their official website, where you get to choose which bank will be easier for you. Please remember to write your name, mobile number and month bill on the teller e.g. May telephone bill.
To make payment using Quickteller, one of the following must be used Interswitch, verve card, Master card or Naira Master card.

- Go to Phone Bills and click on Etisalat Post-paid payments
- Click Pay
- Enter your email address and Subscriber number (phone number)

Steps to follow to complete your Etisalat postpaid bills on MyEtisalat app
- Download the MyEtisalat app from the appropriate store
- Create an account or login if an existing user
- Navigate to the postpaid menu
- Click on bill payment
- Enter Phone number/contract number
- Enter Amount and click on Pay
